Cockroaches are notorious carriers of bacteria, including staphylococcus, streptococcus, and salmonella. They can also harbor the polio virus and, in some cases, trigger asthma attacks. Given their tendency to defecate and vomit on food, securing kitchen food sources becomes imperative.

Cockroaches seek food, water, and shelter, displaying an unfussy diet that even includes fecal matter. Maintaining a clean kitchen after every meal is essential for effective cockroach pest control in Canberra.

Cockroaches breed throughout the year, with heightened activity in warmer weather. A female cockroach lays approximately 40 eggs at a time, contributing to multiple infestations if more than one female is breeding in your home.
